The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Acceptance of Terms

Account Management
4.1 Account Security

4.2 Account Accuracy
You agree to keep your account information current and accurate at all times. Any change to your name, address, mobile number, or payment details must be updated through the account settings or by contacting customer support with appropriate supporting documentation. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
4.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered pjfun account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, using different payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms. pjfun employs technical and analytical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, winnings voided, and deposits returned at pjfun's discretion.
4.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pjfun will notify you by email or SMS before any dormancy policy takes effect. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as permitted by applicable regulations. Players are encouraged to log in periodically or contact support to maintain active account status.
Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Deposit Terms
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be reversed. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso) for most payment methods. GCash and Maya deposits reflect in your pjfun balance within seconds under normal operating conditions. pjfun does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.
5.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered under your verified name that matches your pjfun KYC records. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Philippine Peso). 5.4 Currency
All transactions on pjfun are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). pjfun does not perform currency conversion; funds must be deposited and withdrawn in PHP unless using USDT TRC20, in which case conversion rates applied at the time of transaction apply.
5.5 Refused Transactions
pjfun reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be related to fraudulent activity, money laundering, terms violation, or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, pjfun will notify you of the action taken and provide an opportunity to clarify the matter through its support channel.
Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and other promotional credits offered by pjfun are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to real money or withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Any bonus balance remaining at expiry will be forfeited without notice.
6.3 Bonus Eligibility

6.4 Bonus Abuse
pjfun actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using systematic betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other players to satisfy wagering requirements at low risk, and any other conduct that pjfun determines to be inconsistent with normal good-faith gameplay. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus winnings voided and their accounts may be closed permanently.
Gameplay Rules
7.1 Game Fairness
All games available on pjfun use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed third-party game developers including JILI Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and others. Each game's RNG has been independently tested and certified to ensure statistically fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee results for any individual gaming session.
7.2 Game Malfunctions
In the event of a malfunction, technical fault, software error, or communications failure during a game round, the round may be declared void. If you disconnect during an active game round, the round will continue and resolve according to its game logic. Your balance will reflect the outcome upon reconnection. pjfun is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues including those related to Smart, Globe, or DITO network performance.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pjfun platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to appropriate authorities:
- Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
- Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account;
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws;

- Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage;
- Colluding with other players or with Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage;
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services;
- Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward pjfun staff or other players;
- Reproducing, publishing, or distributing any pjfun content without prior written authorization;
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful;
- Allowing or facilitating the use of your account by any third party, including underage individuals.

Intellectual Property

Suspension & Termination
13.1 Suspension by pjfun
pjfun reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: you have breached any provision of these Terms; your account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or AML-prohibited activity; your account is under investigation for suspicious activity; or you have provided false information during registration or KYC.
During suspension, you will not be able to log in, access your balance, or initiate transactions. pjfun will notify you of the suspension and the general grounds therefor, and provide an opportunity to respond where required by law. If the investigation resolves in your favor, account access will be restored and any withheld transactions processed promptly.
13.2 Termination by pjfun
pjfun may permanently close your account and terminate your access to the Platform if: you have committed a material or repeated breach of these Terms; investigation confirms fraud, money laundering, or other serious misconduct; you are found to be underage; or continued account maintenance creates regulatory or legal risk for pjfun. Upon termination for cause, pjfun reserves the right to retain and potentially forfeit the balance in your account in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements.
13.3 Closure by Player
You may close your pjfun account at any time by contacting customer support. Before processing account closure, pjfun will complete any pending withdrawal of your real money balance to your verified payment method, provided there are no active bonus wagering requirements, compliance holds, or outstanding investigations on the account. Account closure does not extinguish any obligations you have incurred under these Terms prior to the closure date.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Amendments to Terms
